The **hop** is unglamorous but useful: ledges that stop a vanilla 4x4 stop being a problem. With underwater travel too, terrain gets in your way less often.
Related armour bonuses apply. Unlocking at level 70 puts it alongside the 4x4 rather than beyond it.
