A data centre that, before the end, hosted Navezgane's biggest websites and apps — the author writes the description as **fictional corporate marketing**, which sets the tone nicely.

Vanilla 7DTD has **no equivalent building**, so this fills a gap if you are assembling a modern city. At tier 4, the fighting is dense.

Given all the electronics, the layout rewards exploration with **electrical components**.
