Having **the spawn district stated** is genuinely useful — you know where to look.
The layout centres on **an open floor with a stage and pole**. With little cover and long sightlines it plays differently from `Malibu Night Club`, despite both being clubs.
Mid-sized among this author's POIs, and at tier 3 it expects a reasonably equipped character.
